Dominik Križan

Dominik has entered the hospitality industry on a hotel operation level, working his way up to marketing, which he will often identify as his own passion. He was educated at HTMi Switzerland and completed a dual degree as a Bachelor of Science in International Hospitality Management awarded by UK Ulster University and Bachelor of Arts in Event Management.

Experience in boutique, business and luxury hotel operation, he gained working for brands such as B2, Kempinski, Baur au Lac and Sheraton in Sales, Front Office and F&B department. Dominik went on to work in MENA region for Al Hokair, operator with 74 properties in their portfolio based in Riyadh, where he was responsible of branding, positioning and content development for GCC region.  His expertise in project management, market analysis and consumer behaviour were utilized working for SEED, based in Dubai, where he was responsible for market analysis, strategy development and sales in SE Asia, GCC, South Africa and Europe.

Dominik is currently a brand manager at Swisstouches Hotels & Resorts based in Xian, China. He focuses on creating, implementing and maintaining brand content and communication standards for hotel units based on long term vision and its alignment with (target) market expectations.
