Starting her education, Ivana was lucky to discover a great passion for customer care and relations. As she was going through her educational levels, she realized that tourism and hospitality are all about selling the experience and this very fact broaden her horizons to develop herself as a passionate worker in a field of developing such a service that is primarily oriented to a customer.

Which are the true guest’s needs and what would be a winning point for all, Ivana got the chance to find out by working both, in a big national tour agency as well-known hotel brands such as Starwood and Marriott. Always looking for a higher cause, she also developed a high level of empathy, which made her a good one for sales and marketing divisions, as well as customer service and brand development. Ivana’s expertise comes from a 10+ year career working in different companies and spanning a broad cross-section of disciplines ranging from Brand Strategy and Implementation, Sales and Marketing, Operations, Leadership Coaching, Change Management, Innovation at a leadership level. She has a genuine passion to support individuals and companies to achieve their full potential.
