Matea started in hospitality very early, in high school. Working her way up from housekeeping to a Sales Manager position. She worked with high luxury hotel brands like Kempinski, Red Carnation, Starwood, and Marriott as well as for a prominent Irish hospitality group for 3 luxury Galway (Ireland) properties. She is also working as a Sales consultant for tech start-ups.

She is an expert in revenue management with extensive knowledge of the travel market and experience in book direct campaigns. Reducing OTAs and driving direct bookings are on the top of her TO DO list. Matea can provide hotel inventory management guidance, aid in creating marketing budgets, advise on channel distribution and advertising, and introduce solutions for establishing pricing during seasonal market demand and more. She uses expertise in pricing and revenue management and can teach your team tactical and strategic demand management skills.
